The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants additional rights to California residents regarding personal data privacy and consumer protection. TechnologyCommand is committed to meeting full CCPA compliance.

The Categories of Personal Data Collected 

The data we may collect includes:

  • Details required to verify your identity (name, contact details, phone number(s), email address, mailing address, job title, and any other relevant information)
  • Information necessary for billing purposes (your credit card or bank account information)
  • Commercial information (purchasing history or tendencies)
  • Internet activity information (browsing or searching history, or interaction with a website, ad or app)
  • Business information (job title, education, employment)

We do not knowingly collect any information about anyone under the age of 16.

Selling, Sharing and Disclosing Your Personal Information

Our group companies may have access to your personal information outlined above for business or operational purposes. 

To comply with laws and regulations, we may share your personal data in case one of the following events occur:

  • An applicable law requires it
  • Governmental authorities request it 
  • Our applicable policies need to be verified or enforced
  • Fraud and security vulnerabilities detection and prevention
  • Emergencies and incidents regarding the rights, property, safety or security protection of third parties visitors to our website, our business or the public

If our company will be merged with or bought by another enterprise, your personal information relating to the categories above will be shared with the respective entity. You should also note

Your Rights Under the CCPA

If you are a resident of California, the CCPA grants you the following rights:

  1. The right to request disclosure of our data collection and sales practices in connection with your personal information, including the categories of personal information we have collected, the source of the information, our use of the information and, if the information was disclosed or sold to third parties, the categories of personal information disclosed or sold to third parties and the categories of third parties to whom such information was disclosed or sold;
  2. The right to request a copy of the specific personal information collected about you during the 12 months before your request (together with right #1, a “personal information request”); 
  3. The right to have such information deleted (excepting where such information is required to: i.provide you with goods or services you requested; ii. detect or resolve issues security or functionality-related issues; iii. comply with the law; iv. conduct research in the public interest; v. safeguard the right to free speech; and vi. carry out any actions for internal purposes that you might reasonably expect). 
  4. The right to request that your personal information not be sold to third parties, if applicable; and 
  5. The right not to be discriminated against because you exercised any of the new rights.

You can submit two information requests within a 12-month period. If you submit an information request, we will verify your identity by collecting certain information from you. You will receive a response to your request within 45 days.

A verifiable request regarding your personal information can only be submitted by you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State who is authorized to act on your behalf. 

For all requests, you must provide your full legal name, home address, cell phone number, email address, and you must state which consumer right you are inquiring about and what your request is. You may also be requested to provide additional proof of identity.
